A little far from the main train station. Beds were too soft and pillows were insufficient.

i like the hotel, the only thing i did not like, the hotel offers on the webpage internet and wi-fi, although i saked the stuff and they dont offer that service!!

A typical Tokyo hotel. Small but not mini rooms but the reception offered us to upgrade to a lager room for 500 Yen/day. The beds are really hard but i guess thats standard in Japan. The service were good even if we did´nt spend a lot of time at the hotel. They helped us to print out boarding passes though. The hotel offers non smoking rooms witch many hotels does not. The closest JR station (Nishi-Oi) is a 10 min walk away. Someting good about the hotel is that the JR Yokosuka Line that passes Nishi-Oi station also runs directly to Narita airport. But note that it only does so about ones an hour.

The furniture was low quality an markt by time and the carpet was a bit dirty.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast provided was great. The convenient location close to public transportation and a bus terminal made it easy to get around. the staff was friendly and helpful.

Smoking and non-smoking rooms were not separated, and non-smoking rooms often smelled of smoke. the bed was too soft and there weren't enough pillows for a family of four.

Very comfortable and not that expensive for a 3star hotel.

It's no something they can change, but walking with luggage about 5blocks to the hotel was a little troublesome...

I stayed at double bed room with my young brother. The facilities and comfortness of bed were good but the problem was location. Since it is located in inconvenient location, I had to spend much more transportation fee and time to find the place. Other than this were all average.

Inconvenient location.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Nakanobu Station, making it easy to access the metro and explore different parts of the city. It is also surrounded by a variety of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. the rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for guests.

The hotel could improve its pillow policy as some guests have mentioned limited availability and unsatisfactory solutions.

Very helpful staff, clean hotel, very comfortable stay . Very close to 7 eleven , family mart and Lawson - great for groceries and snacks.. Conveniently close to the Nakanobu Subway station...

Location wasn't the best. Not on the main JRline, to change at Gotanda before heading into Shibuya, shinjuku etc which means you have to buy two tickets .. Spent a lot of money on train tickets. It was a very quiet area..

The staff is nice and friendly. Rooms are very comfortable and a good return for your money.

Trains from the nearest train station do not connect to the main areas of the city. So you have to change trains atleast twice.

Close to Metro and Staff very helpful.

No Internatonal Restaurants close by. Rooms were small even the De-Lux which we did know.
